    Since the latest PB update, you cannot see who you are emailing from Rent Roll, or when emailing a register. When you find a tenant to email and you right click to “email selected leases” it takes you to a blank screen, and pulls up an email box where you can type our your email. Nowhere does it have an address or name, so if you have to step away from your desk in the middle of sending an email, when you return and you forgot who you were emailing, you have to cancel everything and restart. Before the update, if you were emailing a register, the register would remain on the screen with the email box, so you could always use that for reference.

    Although this is true, you do get a report once the email is sent. We also have an email log.
