When a prospect enters their information in to apply for a home, Property Boss allows a full middle name to be entered. When we pull that prospect in as an applicant, the information transfers over. The first time I try to transfer information from Property Boss to Quickbooks, I get an error that only 5 digits of the middle name are acceptable. Why can’t you limit the field to five digits? This way, I don’t have to go back in to Property Boss and find the tenant and manually fix the problem so that I can transfer information to Quickbooks.
