Add items to owner statements

A request or suggestion: Many of our Owners have suggested that it would be nice if there was a “code or notice of some type” other than zero, none or RENT DUE in the INCOME SECTION of the Owner Statement that would indicate “no rent received” if their tenant has not paid rent. Since the volume of statements I process each month is so large, it would cut down on phone calls if it plainly stated on the owner statement that the rent was unpaid. Is this something that we could do? Thanks
