The last round of tenant statements that we emailed out on 11/24 took several hours. We emailed approximately 700 people their statements with a newsletter as an additional attachment (which we have done several times previously) and instead of the normal 1.5 hours it takes to email out, it took over 5. Is this because of the new update? What can we do to avoid that happening moving forward? Thanks!
