Improvement – once a letter is generated for a lease, under Actions, it would be nice if you could email the letter directly. Currently, the letter is created and looks great with all proper merge fields etc., but you have to copy and paste it and email it out of the rent roll. It would increase efficiency if that step could be eliminated and you could email directly from RR.
