Email Primary CC Tenants

When emailing from Rent Roll, there is an option that says “Email Primary, CC Tenants” but when you select that function, it only emails the primary tenants and does not CC anyone. I have tested this many times with BCCing myself. Can we get this function to work so we don’t have to send an email to every single Tenant on the lease? Most tenants get their individual email and we get calls asking why we didn’t email their roommates, when in fact we did, they just can’t see it. Thanks!
