Why doesn’t PB automatically auto-post a prorated rent on the register if there is a planned move-out scheduled before the last day of the month, if their financial responsibility ends, and a date is in the responsibility ends box?

It doesn’t automatically post the prorated rent because it looks at the actual move-out date. There are many reasons why a ‘planned’ move-out can change.
