B08173-01 Corrected a problem where a work order written against a property did not require a property to be entered.  The work order then did not show in the system.
B08178-01 The A565 Trust Account Balances report was not including open payments on leases if the owner was inactive or had no activity for the month.  This situation caused the report to not balance against the prepaid balances report.
B08180-02 The EFT transactions send the name of the primary tenant on the transaction information to the EFT Vendor.  PropertyBoss requires primary tenants on a lease.  In the rare situation where there is not a primary tenant listed, the EFT processing logic now reports an error back to the user instead of attempting to process the transaction.
B08182-01 Corrected a problem where money could be deposited to the wrong bank account if the primary tenant was on two leases, the leases were on two different accounting files, and the user made two electronic payments on the same day.
B08191-01 PropertyBoss has the ability to define a message on the Property that displays whenever  you enter a work order for the property.  These messages now show when a tenant creates a work order and the work order is created through AutoPost.
B08197-01a The PropertyLoan tab on the Lease Notebook now displays the current Escrow Balance.
B08037-01 The A148 Lease Statement showed the address incorrectly in the situation where the primary tenant was also listed as the Emergency Contact and the Guarantor on a lease.
