It has come to our attention that a recent Windows Update is negatively impacting the PropertyBoss software for Vista users. If you use PropertyBoss on a computer that is currently running Windows Vista and have recently installed your Windows Updates, you may find that you are unable to access the software. Users are describing the experience as being “locked out” or “frozen”.
While this is an issue with a Windows Vista update, we are working to find a solution or workaround to allow our users to resume their access to PropertyBoss.
