Hello!  I’ve recently accepted the position of Director of Client Care at PropertyBoss and I’m very excited about the changes and improvements you will see in the coming months.

After taking some time to observe and review our current practices, we are now beginning to implement process changes that will allow our Client Care Representatives to become more responsive to our customer’s needs.  It is our goal that you will see improvement in the following areas:

  • Faster response times to tickets.
  • Proactive communication from PropertyBoss
  • Increased online resources and information for customers
  • Faster, stream-lined implementation of products and services

Another big project we’re working on is the revitalization of ClientCentral!  Our intention is to make ClientCentral live up to its name and become the central point for our clients.  In the coming months, you will begin to see additions or improvements in ClientCentral.  Some things to look forward to include:

  • Regular updates to the ClientCare Blog which will include tips, software release notes, and future release info.
  • Easier way to submit ClientCare requests and monitor their status.
  • Your Company’s Training history, the attendee(s), easy ways to register for additional training, and suggested training.
  • More details regarding your account, such as modules you have purchased and how to best utilize them.
  • Step-by-step instructions for any implementation or updates.
  • Additional online resources, such as FAQs and additional documentation.
